About reorganization of some legal entities

Based on Articles 69 and 73 of the Civil code of the Republic of Moldova No. 1107-XV of June 6, 2002 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 82-86, 661), with subsequent changes and amendments, Item е) parts (1) article 6 of the Law No. 121-XVI of May 4, 2007 on management of public property and its privatization (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 90-93, 401), with subsequent changes and amendments, and for the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of some legal entities in whom the State office acts as the founder DECIDES: the Government

1. Accept the offer of the State office on reorganization of public organization Head department on servicing of buildings of the Government of the Republic of Moldova by merge (absorption) to the State company "Cantina Cancelariei de Stat" which will become successor of the rights and obligations of the absorbed company.

2. State office:

a) create in 10-day time the commission on reorganization which will provide reorganization of the legal entities specified in Item 1, in the procedure established by the legislation;

b) perform through the commission on reorganization cession of property of the absorbed company to public organization Head department on servicing of buildings of the Government of the Republic of Moldova according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901 of December 31, 2015. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 1, the Art. 2), with subsequent changes and amendments.

3. The state office, by means of public organization Head department on servicing of buildings of the Government of the Republic of Moldova:

a) provide dismissal of employees as a result of reorganization according to legislation provisions;
