In the Order of the Government No. 657 of November 6, 2009. "About approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the State office, its structure and extreme number" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 162, of the Art. 724), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

To replace 1) in Item 2 of the resolution of figure "171" with figures "172";

Chapter III of appendix No. 1 to add 2) with Section 4-1 of the following content:

"4-1. The personal assistant to person holding position of the President of the Republic of Moldova

27-1. The personal assistant is appointed to position by the secretary general of the Government for the term of 4 years, according to provisions of the labor law, according to the proposal of person holding position of the President of the Republic of Moldova on the basis of personal trust.

27-2. Compensation of the personal assistant is performed in the amount of, established in appendix No. 12 to the Law No. 355-XVI of December 23, 2005 on wages system in the budget sphere, for position of the assistant to office of the President of the Republic of Moldova.";

3) appendix No. 2 to add with line item 23 following of content:

"23. The personal assistant to person holding position of the President of the Republic of Moldova";

4) appendix No. 3 to add with line item 1-3 following of content:
