About entering of amendments into the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 21, 2009 No. 657

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 21, 2009 No. 657 "About approval of regulations on free economic zones and modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus (recognition separate of them or their provisions voided) concerning activities of free economic zones" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 134, 5/29802) the following amendments:
1.1. in Item 6 of the Regulations on the free economic zone Brest approved by this resolution:
add paragraph two with words "if other is not established in part two of this Item";
add Item with part two of the following content:
"By the investment project according to its business plan the volume of investment can be provided in the amount equivalent to at least 500 thousand euros, on condition of implementation of investments in the specified amount within three years from the date of the conclusion of the agreement on activities conditions in SEZ "Brest".";
1.2. in Item 6 of the Regulations on the free economic zone Vitebsk approved by this resolution:
add paragraph two with words "if other is not established in part two of this Item";
add Item with part two of the following content:
