"7. MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS:
in coordination with the Ministry of Finance establishes the extreme amount of payment for accommodation in hostels of system of the Ministry;
establishes rates for the paid services provided by healthcare institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.";
the fifth Item 12 after the words "utility healthcare institutions" to add the paragraph with words ", except healthcare institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs".
