Due to completion of financing of the International program of nuclear safety we ORDER:
1. Declare invalid the order of the National agency of Ukraine concerning development and the European integration and State Tax Administration of Ukraine of April 22, 1998 No. 11/190 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of confirmations about release from the taxation of the goods, means, services and property arriving to Ukraine according to drafts of the International program of nuclear safety for implementation of the actions provided by the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the U.S. Government concerning increase in operational safety, decrease in risk degree of operation and strengthening of systems of regulation of civil nuclear facilities in Ukraine of October 25, 1993 in pursuance of the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the U.S. Government on humanitarian and technical and economic cooperation of May 7, 1992", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 12, 1998 on No. 305/2745.
2. To department of cooperation with international financial institutions and coordination of the international technical assistance of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of economic development and trade of Ukraine and the deputy minister of the income and charges of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
