According to Item 16 of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries, other executive bodies approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731, and for the purpose of reduction of own regulatory legal acts in compliance with the current legislation it is ORDERED:
1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of agro-industrial complex of Ukraine and the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of April 28, 1998 No. 129/54 "About approval of the Procedure for deliveries to agricultural producers of the oil products which are purchased at the expense of the funds allocated for centralized purchase with the subsequent realization to their agricultural producers who signed agreements for sale of grain on the state order", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 15, 1998 at No. 319/2759.
2. To department of engineering facilities and agricultural mechanical engineering of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine (Grigorovich A. I.) provide in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine Davidenko V. M.
