About modification of Conditions and Rules of implementation of business activity on delivery of electrical energy on regulated rate

According to the Laws of Ukraine "About power industry", "About natural monopolies", the Presidential decree of Ukraine of November 23, 2011 No. 1059 "About the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power" the National commission performing state regulation in the field of power decides:

1. Add Item 2.8 of Section 2 of the Conditions and Rules of implementation of business activity on delivery of electrical energy on regulated rate approved by the resolution of the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine of June 13, 1996 No. 15/1, the new paragraph of the following content registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 8, 1996 at No. 433/1458,:

"The licensee shall acquire the electrical energy made from energy of sunlight by power generation facilities (the generating installations) of private households which size of installed capacity does not exceed 10 kW, on "green" rate in the amount exceeding monthly electric power consumption by such private households.".

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of licensing submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
