The Bank of Russia establishes the following list of the changes and additions made by managing company to rules of trust management of mutual investment fund (further - fund), which are becoming effective in the terms specified in Item 3 of article 20 of the Law, connected:

with establishment or exception of the right of owners of investment shares of the closed or exchange fund to income acquisition from trust management of fund;

with change of procedure for determination of the size of the income from trust management of fund which share is distributed between owners of investment shares, and also with change of share of the specified income (procedure for its determination) and the term of its payment;

with reducing the period of execution during the trading day by the market maker of exchange fund of obligation of the market maker;

with increase in size of the maximum variation of purchase price (sale) in investment shares by the authorized person of exchange fund from the settlement cost of investment share;

with change of number of votes, necessary for decision making by general meeting of owners of investment shares of the closed fund;

with establishment or exception of possibility of apportionment of the property constituting exchange fund in case of repayment of investment shares;
