About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About electric communication"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 10, 2002 "About electric communication" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2002, No. 4, the p. 25 of Art. 323; 2006, No. 3, Art. 156; 2008, No. 3, Art. 198, No. 12, h 2, Art. 996; 2013, No. 12, Art. 891; 2015, No. 12, h 1, Art. 1117; 2016, No. 3, Art. 154) following changes and amendments:

1. Add Article 2 with the paragraph the seventeenth the following content:

"the state system of identification of mobile means of electric communication" - complex of the equipment and the programs containing data of the international identifiers of mobile means of electric communication which provide registration of the used identifiers, recognition of new identifiers, their comparison and activities of mobile means which registered identifiers are connected to network of electric communication;".

2. To add part one of Article 6 with the paragraph the sixth the following content:

"-approval of the Order of registration of mobile means of electric communication and determination of functions of the state system of identification of mobile means of electric communication;".

3. To add part one of Article 20 with paragraphs second and third the following content:

"-provide interaction with the state system of identification of mobile means of electric communication;

- provide connection of the mobile means of electric communication registered in the state system of identification of mobile means of electric communication;".
