2. To provide to department of archiving and documentation of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) the direction of the copy of this order in week time from the date of its signing in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and periodic printing editions;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten working days from the date of signing of this order to provide to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
