The changes made to the Administrative regulations of provision by the Federal Migration Service of the state service in registration and issue to foreign citizens of patents approved by the Order of the Federal Migration Service of the Russian Federation of January 15, 2015 No. 5

1. State Item 22.5 in the following edition:

"22.5. The documents confirming absence at this foreign citizen of disease of drug addiction and issued by results of the medical examination including chemical and toxicological researches of availability in human body of drugs, psychotropic substances and their metabolites, and infectious diseases which constitute danger to the people around provided by the list approved by the order of the Russian Ministry of Health of June 29, 2015 No. 384n * (1), and also the certificate on absence at this foreign citizen of the disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus (HIV infection) * (2). The specified documents and the certificate are issued by the medical organizations which are in the territory of the Russian Federation if other is not provided by the international treaty of the Russian Federation or the Federal Law * (3).

According to the subitem 5 of Item 2 of article 13.3 of the Federal Law of July 25, 2002 No. 115-FZ "About legal status of foreign citizens in the Russian Federation" the supreme executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation shall establish the list of the medical organizations authorized on issue in the territory of this subject of the Russian Federation of medical documents.".
