Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of March 20, 2008 "About Agency on the state financial control and fight against corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2008, No. 3, Art. 193; 2009, No. 5, Art. 323; 2010, No. 3, Art. 154; 2011, No. 6, Art. 459; 2013, No. 7, Art. 517; 2014, No. 11, Art. 645; 2016, No. 3, Art. 137) following changes and amendments:

1.
