About amendment of the Instruction for accounting of obligations to the budget approved by the Order GGNI No. 400 of 14.03.2014.

Based on the item c), with subsequent changes and amendments, for the purpose of improvement of tax administration and possibility of direct connection of the central and local authorities of public management given appropriate authority to the Contul curent al contribuabilului module (The register of certificates on absence or availability of shortage) I ORDER to part (1) Article 133 and part (4) article 190 of the Tax Code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, the special edition of 8.02.2007):

I. The instruction for accounting of obligations to the budget approved by the Order GGNI No. 400 of 14.03.2014 to add as follows.

To add the Section XVII of the Instruction with new Item 109 of the following content:

"109. Direct connection of the central and local authorities of public management given appropriate authority to the Contul curent al contribuabilului module (The register of certificates on absence or availability of shortage) will be performed based on the agreement coordinated from GGNI concluded between body of public management and GP "Fiscservinform" according to appendix".

II. To confer responsibility for execution of the above-stated provisions on the deputy chief of the Main state tax authorities Mr. Yury Lycia.

III. To management of methodology, accounting and tax statistics of the Main state tax authorities to acquaint the tax and other interested authorities with provisions of this Order and to provide publication it in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
