Based on the item c), with subsequent changes and amendments, for the purpose of achievement of consecutive realization of tasks of the State Tax Administration, increase in efficiency of tax administration, prevention and identification of tax offenses, and also voluntary compliance by taxpayers of the tax legislation I ORDER to part (1) Article 133 and part (4) article 190 of the Tax Code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, the special edition of 8.02.2007):

I. The instruction for accounting of obligations to the budget approved by the Order GGNI No. 400 of 14.03.2014 to add as follows:

to add Item 80 of the Instruction with the new paragraph of the following content:

"In case of certificate request with appointment the certificate will be issued to the requesting taxpayer only in case of accomplishment of provisions of Section 3 of the Order of the Government No. 294 of 17.03.1998 concerning the obligation on preliminary return "for modification of the list of founders or replacement of the administrator" acquired earlier and unused by the company of tax delivery notes to the State Tax Administration".

II. To confer responsibility for execution of the above-stated provisions on chiefs territorial BEND also the chief of head department of administration of large taxpayers of GGNI.

III. To management of methodology, accounting and tax statistics of the Main state tax authorities to inform of this Order the state territorial tax authorities and other interested bodies and to provide publication of this order in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
