About amendment of the Instruction for accounting of obligations to the budget approved by the Order GGNI No. 400 of March 14, 2014.

Based on the item c) parts (1) Article 133 and part (4) article 190 of the Tax Code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (repeated publication: Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, special release of 8.02.2007) and in connection with changes by the Law on modification and amendments in some legal acts No. 138 of 17.06.2016 (Monitorul Oficial No. 184-192 of 1.07.2016) concerning the Section V of the Tax code I ORDER:

I. The instruction for accounting of obligations to the budget approved by the Order GGNI No. 400 of 14.03.2014 to add as follows:

1. To add the Section XVII of the instruction with new Item 110 with the following content:

"110. The automated data exchange between the bodies performing powers on tax administration and the bodies of the public power specified in part (5) article 131 of the Tax Code, it is performed through the interoperability platform founded by the Government";

2. Cancel appendix to Item 109 concerning the Agreement No. 1 on connection of SIA "Contul curent al contribuabilului" (the register of certificates) of the state bodies given authority to request information on absence or availability of debt to the budget;

3. Add with appendix No. 13 and in Item 109 after the word to "appendix" to add with designation "No. 13" according to appendix No. 1 to this order.

II. To management of methodology, accounting and tax statistics of GGNI to bring this order to the attention of territorial state tax authorities and other interested bodies and to provide publication of this order in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
