According to item 3 the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 20, 1999 N 227 "About introduction of new procedure for execution of visa documents for entry into Ukraine"
I ORDER:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for execution of visa documents to foreigners and stateless persons for entry into Ukraine it (is applied).
2. According to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 N 493/92 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies" to submit to Consular management this Instruction on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. After state registration and the introduction of the Instruction in force abroad to provide to Consular management, heads of diplomatic representations and consular establishments of Ukraine its steady execution.
4. To impose control of execution of this order on the chief of Consular management the MFA.
5. Abolish the Instruction about temporary procedure for registration to foreign citizens of visas to stay in Ukraine approved by the deputy minister of foreign affairs of Ukraine of 14.04.1993.
