About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 331 of May 28, 2012 and recognition voided some orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 331 of May 28, 2012. "About compensation of government employees" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 63, of the Art. 213) with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

In all text of the word "temporarily vacant" shall be replaced with words 1) "vacant or temporarily vacant";

2) in Item 8:

a) 1) to state the subitem in the following edition:

"1) to establish the government employee the monthly allowance for intensity of work.

The amount of the assignments used annually for payment of the monthly allowance for intensity of work makes 15% of the total annual wages estimated according to the official pay rates provided in the staff list of body of public management.

The monthly allowance for intensity of work is established by the head of division/body of public management differentially to each government employee within the amount estimated according to subitem paragraph two provisions 1) depending on contribution of everyone to achievement of results. The size of the monthly allowance for intensity of work provided to the government employee cannot exceed 30% of its official pay rate.

For the government employees who were not completely working during calculation, the monthly allowance for intensity of work is provided depending on actually fulfilled period and contribution to achievement of results.

To heads of the bodies of public management subordinated to the central bodies of public management, and also heads of structural divisions the allowance is established by the head who is directly performing coordinating of their activities, or, as necessary, the head of body of public management.
