Article 1

1) in Item 1 of Article 333.21:

a) state subitem 12 in the following edition:

"12) in case of submission of the petition for appeal and (or) writ of appeal on decisions and (or) resolutions of Arbitration Court, and also on determinations of court about refusal in adoption of the action for declaration (statement) or statement for issue of the writ, for suit abatement, for leaving of the action for declaration without consideration, on the case of contest of decisions of reference tribunal, about issue of writs of execution on forced execution of decisions of reference tribunal, about refusal in issue of writs of execution - 50 percent of the amount of the state tax which is subject to payment in case of submission of the action for declaration of non-property nature;";

b) add with subitems 12.1 and 12.2 of the following content:

"12. 1) in case of submission of the writ of appeal on the writ - 50 percent of the amount of the state tax which is subject to payment in case of submission of the action for declaration of non-property nature;

12. 2) in case of submission of the supervising claim - in the amount of the state fee which is subject to payment in case of submission of the action for declaration of non-property nature;";

2) in Item 1 of Article 333.22:

a) declare subitem 6 invalid;

b) state subitem 7 in the following edition:
