GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. These rules determine procedure:

document creations to foreigners and stateless persons on the right of stay in Ukraine;

movements of foreigners and stateless persons on the territory of Ukraine and the choice of the place of residence by them in Ukraine;

responsibility of foreigners and stateless persons, legal entities and physical persons which accept them or provide them services, for violation of the law of Ukraine.

2. Action of these rules extends to all foreigners and persons without citizenship who arrived to Ukraine irrespective of their status and the purpose of arrival, and also on legal entities and physical person in Ukraine which accept foreigners and persons without citizenship or provide them services if other is not stipulated by the legislation Ukraine.
