1) in Article 213 part one:

a) in the Item the word "groups, -" to replace with the word "groups;";

b) add with the Item "in" of the following content:

"c) on rail, sea, inland water or air transport, and also on any other common carrier, -";

To add 2) with Article 267.1 of the following content:

"Article 267.1. The actions menacing to safe operation of vehicles
