in Regulations on the Department of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the specified resolution:

"35-1) approves transportation cost of the Russian oil for the purpose of implementation of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Russian Federation about cooperation in the field of transportation of the Russian oil through the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to People's Republic of China of December 24, 2013;".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
