About modification of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 1, 2008 No. 173

2. Bring in the Regulations on the tripartite Commission on regulation of the social and labor relations in the Republic of Tajikistan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 1, 2008, No. 173, the following changes:

- in the name of the Provision of the word "Provision of the Tripartite Commission" shall be replaced with words "Provision on the tripartite commissions";

- in Item 1 of the word "the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On social partnership, agreements and collective agreements" shall be replaced with words "The labor code of the Republic of Tajikistan".
