Bring in the Administrative regulations of provision by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation of the state service in approval of standard rates of technological losses of hydrocarbonic raw material in case of production, transportation of raw materials and products of its conversion by pipeline transport approved by the order of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation of April 4, 2016 No. 261 (registration No. 42743), the following changes is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on July 4, 2016:
