1. Form the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on investments with territorial subdivisions in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and Tashkent.

development and implementation of measures for further enhancement of regulatory framework in the field of attraction of foreign investments and to creation of even more favorable conditions for expansion of investing activities in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
