About modification and amendments in the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan

Article 1. Bring in the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan adopted on December 8, 1992 at the eleventh session of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan of the twelfth convocation (Sheets of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1993, No. 1, Art. 4; 1994, No. 1, Art. 5; Sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2003, No. 3-4, of Art. 27; Sheets of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2007, No. 4, Art. 162; 2008, No. 12, Art. 637; 2011, No. 4, Art. 100, No. 12/1, Art. 343; 2014, No. 4, Art. 85), following changes and amendment:

Item 4 of Article 80 to state 1) in the following edition:

"4) appointment on representation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan the chairman of the Supreme judicial council of the Republic of Uzbekistan";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in part seven of Article 81 of the word of "Supreme Economic Court" "The supreme judicial council";

To "Supreme Economic Court" to exclude 3) from Article 83 of the word;

Items 13 and 14 of part one of Article 93 to state 4) in the following edition:

"13) represents to the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan candidates to structures of the Constitutional court of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Supreme Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also to positions of the chairman of the Supreme judicial council of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the chairman of the board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the chairman of the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on conservation;
