About measures for further private sector development of health care

1. Determine the main directions and tasks of further private sector development of health care:

creating favorable conditions for activation of activities and expansion of network of the private medical organizations in all regions of the country, enhancement of system of regulation and licensing of their activities, the system solution of the questions interfering sustainable development of private sector of health care;

every possible stimulation of growth in volumes and types of service of the private medical organizations with broad application of modern high-technology methods of diagnostics and the treatment directed to rendering qualified medical care to general population, including socially vulnerable categories of citizens;

strengthening of material and technical resources of the private medical organizations, equipment by their modern medical equipment, special stock and tools, providing with the buildings and rooms corresponding to types of medical specialization and meeting the requirements of sanitary standards and rules;

cardinal increase in scales and amounts of financial support of the private medical organizations with active implementation of flexible credit and leasing mechanisms, expansion of attraction to the sphere of private medicine of foreign investments with creation of joint medical and diagnostic organizations with the leading foreign clinics and the medical centers;
