About additional measures for enhancement of system of advanced training and retraining of health workers

For the purpose of further enhancement of system of advanced training of health workers, ensuring permanent updating of their professional knowledge and practical skills on work with modern medical equipment and information technologies, effective use of the last achievements in the field of domestic and world medicine the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Determine priority tasks of further enhancement of system of advanced training and retraining of health workers:

creation of single organizational structure of system of advanced training and the retraining of health workers meeting the modern world requirements of preparation of qualified medical personnel;

expansion of opportunities of advanced training and retraining of specialists for practical health care by use of personnel potential and material and technical resources of the highest medical educational institutions, the specialized medical centers, leading treatment-and-prophylactic and research establishments;

the organization of educational process on the basis of the unified training programs providing optimum combination of classroom class periods and clinical practice, creation of conditions for receipt of work experience on the modern equipment, interpretation of the diagnostic data obtained with its help;

implementation of system of obligatory advanced training of personnel of the faculty of system of retraining and advanced training of health workers, including in the lead medical institutions abroad;

expansion of international cooperation of organizations of system of retraining and advanced training of health workers with the advanced foreign clinics and the highest medical educational institutions, creation of conditions for involvement of the leading foreign experts in the field of health care in educational process in the demanded directions of training.
