1. 2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 4, 2003 No. 1399 "About approval of the Procedure for transfer and use of the means which are subject to transfer by the Pension fund to houses nursing homes (boarding houses), children's houses nursing homes and stationary departments of the territorial centers of social servicing of pensioners and lonely disabled citizens" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 37, the Art. 1979);

Item of 30 changes which are made to acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 25, 2012 No. 35 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 7, the Art. 249).
