1. Approve Criteria for evaluation of the resident companies concerning which goods the simplified procedure for application of procedures of customs clearance can be established (are applied).
2. To department of the organization of customs control (Serbaylo A. I.) and to Legal support department (Stupak Yu. V.) State Customs Services of Ukraine to provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Determine that this order becomes effective from 01.09.2004.
4. To impose control of execution of the order on the First Deputy Chairman of the State Customs Service of Ukraine Ivanyuk M. M., the First Deputy Minister of Economy and European Integration of Ukraine of Pyatnitsky V. T., to the First Deputy Chairman of State Tax Administration of Ukraine Medvedchuk S. V.
