About modification of the Procedure for making of notarial actions by notaries of Ukraine

1. The paragraph third Item 7 of Chapter 3 of the Section I of the Procedure for the making of notarial actions by notaries of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of February 22, 2012 No. 296/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 22, 2012 for No. 282/20595 (with changes) to state in the following edition:

"Check of the fact of application of sanctions is performed according to the data containing in the decisions of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine enacted by presidential decrees of Ukraine.".

2. To department of private law () provide with A.N. Ferens submission of this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. To department of state registration and notariate (Gayduk V. M.), to chiefs of the head territorial administrations of justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, in areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol to provide proper execution of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister concerning state registration Moroz P. A.
