About establishment of the amount of payment for use of the automated system of enforcement proceeding
According to Item 7 of the Section I of the Regulations on the automated system of the enforcement proceeding approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 5, 2016 No. 2432/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 12, 2016 at No. 1126/29256, I order:
1. Determine that the amount of payment for use of the automated system of enforcement proceeding (further - System) bodies of the public executive service, private contractors constitutes 69 UAH 00 kopeks (including VAT) for each open enforcement proceeding.
2. The procedure and payment due dates bodies of the public executive service, private contractors of means for use of Sistema are determined by the agreements signed with the administrator Sistemy.
3. The payment for use of System of bodies of the public executive service is performed at the expense of the money collected from the debtor on this enforcement proceeding on enforcement proceeding expenses.
4. If the enforcement proceeding is transferred to System according to the procedure, the determined Section XIII of the Regulations on the automated system of the enforcement proceeding approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 5, 2016 No. 2432/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 12, 2016 at No. 1126/29256, payment for use of System is performed by bodies of the public executive service in the amount of, the stipulated in Item 1 this order, at the expense of the money collected from the debtor on enforcement proceeding expenses.
5. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of July 25, 2008 No. 1293/5 "About establishment of the amount of payment for use of the Unified state register of enforcement proceedings", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 1, 2008 at No. 705/15396.
