About modification of the Regulations on conclusion of insolvent bank from the market

According to Item 10 parts one, to Item of 1 part five of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for conclusion of insolvent banks from the market the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:

1. Make to the section V Regulations on conclusion of insolvent bank from the market approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of July 5, 2012 No. 2, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 14, 2012 at No. 1581/21893 (with changes), the following changes:

1) Item 3.3 of Chapter 3 after words to "national currency" to add with the words "within 7 working days from the date of entering into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming of information on finding of the legal entity in termination condition";

2) in Chapter 4:

in Item 4.3 of the word "for decision date about withdrawal of the banking license and liquidation of bank" shall be replaced with words "on start date of liquidation procedure of bank";

in Item 4.20 of the word "for decision date about withdrawal of the banking license and liquidation of bank" shall be replaced with words "on start date of liquidation procedure of bank";

in the first offer of Item 4.21 of the word "for decision date about withdrawal of the banking license and liquidation of bank" shall be replaced with words "on start date of liquidation procedure of bank";

to add Item 4.30 after the paragraph of the ninth with new paragraphs the tenth, eleventh the following content:
