Changes which are made to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 2015 No. 1133

1. State Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. Establish the amount of payment for carrying out state registration of changes in the data containing in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, physical persons entrepreneurs and public forming (further state registration of changes in data), in the reduced terms, namely:

1) in double amount of administrative collection for the corresponding registration:

within six hours - for carrying out state registration of changes in the information about the legal entity (except public forming), except modification of information on implementation of communication with the legal entity; changes in data on surname, name, middle name or the location of physical person of the entrepreneur;

within two working days - for carrying out state registration of changes in data of rather public association, local office of public association with the status of the legal entity, except modification of information on implementation of communication with the legal entity;

within seven working days - for carrying out state registration of changes in data of rather structural formation of political party as legal entity, except modification of information on implementation of communication with the legal entity;
