1. Approve Regulations on provision of financial guarantees to customs authorities as independent financial intermediaries in the obligatory goods delivery in customs of appointment it (is applied).
Action of this Provision will extend to transit movement of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products since October 1, 1996.
2. To the State Customs Committee to provide to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the offer concerning terms of distribution of action of the specified Provision on other excise goods in a month.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the State Customs Committee.
To the State Customs Committee to submit within three-months term to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine information on efficiency of action of procedure for granting of financial guarantees to customs authorities independent financial intermediaries.
