1. Approve form of the Act of carrying out verification of the certificate of origin from Ukraine which is applied.
2. Orders of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 01.04.97 N 143 "About approval of the Regulations on carrying out verification of certificates of origin by customs authorities from Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 18.04.97 for N 148/1952, of 11.11.98 N 713 "About approval of the Procedure for conducting verification of certificates of the ST-1 form of goods origin from Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 30.11.98 for N 762/3202, of 25.04.97 N 187 "About approval of the Instruction about conducting verification of certificates of form A of goods origin from Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 13.11.97 for N 542/2346, to consider invalid.
3. To management of tariff regulation (Pashinny O. I.) and to Management of legal work (Budakov A. Yu.) provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
