About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About advertizing"

Article 1. "About advertizing" (of April 30, 1996, ZR-55, further - the Law) to add article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia with parts 7.1-7.4:
"7.1. In case of advertizing of medicines in electronic and printing mass media, in advertizing number, date of the certificate on state registration of medicines in the Republic of Armenia, number and date of permission of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia shall be specified. Advertizing of the controlled medicines provided according to the recipe of medicines and which are not registered in the Republic of Armenia of medicines is forbidden. In the Republic of Armenia advertizing of medicines by means of outside billboards is prohibited.
7.2. In case of advertizing of medical equipment and medical methods on electronic and printing mass media or by means of outside billboards, in advertizing number and date of permission of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia shall be specified.
7.3. In advertizing of the organizations or individual entrepreneurs performing medical care and servicing, pharmaceutical activities, production of medicines, average professional and highest medical educational programs number and date of provision of the license for organization activity or the individual entrepreneur shall be specified.
7.4. The procedure for provision of permission to advertizing of medicines, medical equipment and medical methods and requirements represented to this advertizing approves the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. In part 7 of article 15 of the Law of the word "medicine" to replace with the word "medicine".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
