Article 1. "About advertizing" of April 30, 1996 to state part 2 of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of ZR-55 in the following edition:
"The amount, quantity, procedure and conditions of placement of outdoor advertizing determine local government bodies.
Permission to placement of outdoor advertizing on the streets of Yerevan having city value is issued by the mayor of Yerevan.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the next day after official publication.
