About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About advertizing"

Article 1. In article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-55 "About advertizing" of April 30, 1996:
Part 5 to state 1) in the following edition:
"5. It is forbidden:
a) show advertizing of tobacco products on electronic mass media;
b) show advertizing of hard alcoholic beverages (content of alcohol of volume fraction 20 and more) on electronic mass media from 06:00 till 22:30 o'clock, except for cognac of local production.";
Part 5.1 to state 2) in the following edition:
"5.1. It is forbidden:
a) place advertizing of tobacco products on the first and last page of newspapers or the first, last page and cover of magazines;
b) place advertizing of alcoholic beverages on the first page and cover of newspapers or magazines.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
