Article 1. In article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-55 "About advertizing" of April 30, 1996:
1) to remove words from part 10", games with prize, casino";
2) to remove words from parts 12 and 13", games with prize, casino";
To add 3) with part 15 of the following content:
"15. Advertizing of games with prize, casino or the playing hall or their organizers except for placed on buildings or in buildings, structures or in halls of casino or games with prize in border check-points of the Republic of Armenia is prohibited, and also hotels conforming to the requirements and criteria corresponding to category is not lower, than four-stars hotel.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the ninetieth day after official publication.
