in Rules of marginal determination of the prices of wholesale of the commodity and liquefied oil gas in the domestic market approved by the specified order:

"2) the weighted average expenses on transportation of commodity gas on trunk gas pipelines from the place of its acquisition to gas-distribution systems of area, city of republican value, the capital and to storage of commodity gas in the underground gas storages determined based on rates, approved by the authorized body performing management in spheres of natural monopolies;";
add Item 8 with the subitem 4) of the following content:
"4) the gas-network organizations, in case of realization of the liquefied oil gas to owners of gas-filling Items and (or) autogas-filling stations.";
exclude Item 9;
state Items 20 and 21 in the following edition:
"20. The approved marginal prices of wholesale of the liquefied oil gas are used in case of marginal determination of the prices of retail sale established for persons enabling retail sale of the liquefied oil gas.
