About introduction of amendments to article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of influence of the global financial crisis on development of construction industry and housing construction" concerning implementation of the state housing programmes

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About prevention of influence of the global financial crisis on development of construction industry and housing construction" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2009, No. 19, Art. 257; 2012, No. 29, Art. 345) following changes:

Part the second after paragraph one to add 1) with the new paragraph of the following content:

"The state support in the amount of 50 percent of construction cost (acquisition) of affordable housing and/or the soft mortgage housing credit is provided to persons on whom action of Items 19 and 20 of part one of Article 6, of Items 10 - 14 parts two of Article 7 and paragraphs of the fourth, sixth and eighth Item 1 of article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "On the status of veterans of war, guarantees of their social protection" expatiates, and also internally displaced persons on whom operation of the Law of Ukraine "On providing the rights and freedoms of internally displaced persons" expatiates.

With respect thereto to consider paragraph two the paragraph third;

"In the amount of 3 annual interest rates" shall be replaced with words 2) in parts fifteen of the word and figure also in figure "in the amount of 7 annual interest rates".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
