About entering of amendment and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About television and radio"

Article 1. In article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia ZR-97 "About television and radio" of October 9, 2000 (further – the Law):

Part 6 to add 1) with the Item of the following content:

"g) provide broadcasting time for broadcast of special programs and transfers in languages of ethnic minorities of the Republic of Armenia. General time of these transfers shall not exceed on television – 2 hours a week, and on radio – till 1 o'clock in day. Special programs and transfers in languages of ethnic minorities of the Republic of Armenia shall be followed by subtitlings in Armenian.";

2) part 7 to recognize invalid.

Article 2. To replace the word of the second paragraph of the last part of article 59 of the Law of "TV company" with the word of "broadcasting company".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
