About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About television and radio"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on April 28, 2009

Article 1. Part 1 of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of ZR-97 "About television and radio" of October 9, 2000 (further – the Law) after the word "includes" to add with the words "Constitutions of the Republic of Armenia", and shall be replaced with words the words "About the Press and Other Mass Media" "About mass media".

Article 2. To add article 3 of the Law with the new paragraph of the following content:

"the interconnected persons – spouses, parents, children, sisters, brothers.".

Article 3. In article 4 of the Law:

Article 4. Article 5. To state part 3 of article 9 of the Law in the following edition:

"Provisions of this Article do not extend to cases of the coded telecasts, cable television or satellite broadcasting of satellite television (individual).".
