About modification of the Procedure for write-off of objects of state-owned property

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

Bring in the Procedure for write-off of objects of state-owned property approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 8, 2007 No. 1314 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 86, Art. 3168; 2009, No. 87, Art. 2940; 2011, No. 35, Art. 1451; 2012, No. 99, Art. 4016; 2016, No. 93, the Art. 3036), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for write-off of objects of state-owned property

1. In item 4:

Paragraph two to state 1) in the following edition:

"At the same time the property revealed as a result of inventory count as shortage is written off with subsequent its reflection in the financial accounting according to the procedure established by the Ministry of Finance.";

2) in paragraph three of the word "obsolete computer equipment suitable" shall be replaced with words "the obsolete and physically worn-out property suitable", and the word "her" word "its".

2. In paragraph five of Item of the 5th figure and the word "10 thousand hryvnias" to replace with figures and the words "20 thousand hryvnias".
