To position of the head of the private security organization, including branch and representation, citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan are appointed:
1) at least three years having the higher legal education or length of service on command positions in Armed Forces, other troops and military forming or on executive positions in law enforcement and special bodies;
2) had training according to the special program approved by authorized body;
3) the health cares which are not staying on the registry in bodies concerning mental disease, alcoholism or drug addiction;
4) not having criminal records for crime execution.
