About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About telecommunications"

Being guided by Item 23 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, Millie decides Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic:

Article 1

In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About telecommunications" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 8, Article 685; 2006, No. 11, Article 932; 2007, No. 5, Article 442, No. 11, Article 1053; 2016, No. 6, Article 969; No. 12, Article 1989) to make the following changes:

1.1. Add with Article 6.1.7-1 of the following content:

"6.1.7-1. accounting of the operators and providers providing telecommunication Internet services;";

1.2. Add with Article 13-1 of the following content:

"Article 13-1. Accounting of the operators and providers providing telecommunication Internet services

13-1.1. The operators and providers providing telecommunication Internet services shall be registered in relevant organ of the executive authority within 15 days from the moment of the beginning of provision of service, and also inform relevant organ of the executive authority on change in accounting data within 10 days from the moment of change approach.

13-1.2. Accounting of the operators and providers providing telecommunication Internet services is conducted according to the procedure, established by relevant organ of the executive authority.";

1.3. Under Article 33:

1.3.1. add with Articles 33.1.9-1 and 33.1.9-2 of the following content:

"33.1.9-1. be registered according to the procedure, the stipulated in Article 13-1.2 presents of the Law, and also inform on change in accounting data within 10 days from the moment of change approach;
