Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning certification of forces of ensuring transport safety.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning certification of forces of ensuring transport safety

1. In Rules of accreditation of legal entities for conducting check for the purpose of acceptance by bodies of certification of the decision on certification of forces of ensuring transport safety, and also for processing of personal data of separate categories of persons employed, directly connected with ensuring transport safety, or carrying out such work, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2014 No. 725 "About approval of Rules of accreditation of legal entities for conducting check for the purpose of acceptance by body of certification of the decision on certification of forces of ensuring transport safety, and also for processing of personal data of separate categories of persons employed, directly connected with ensuring transport safety, or carrying out such work" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 32, Art. 4498; 2015, No. 40, Art. 5562):

a) in the subitem "e" of Item 9 and the subitem "g" of Item 10 of the word "parts 1 of article 10 of the Federal law "About Transport Safety" shall be replaced with words "Items 1 - 3, 5 - 7 and 9 parts 1 of article 10 of the Federal law "About Transport Safety";

b) state Item 12 in the following edition:

"12. The competent authority carries out assessment of reliability of the provided information.".
