Make the following changes to the "Regulations on the state control of use and protection of lands" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of November 28, 2000 No. 421 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 11, Article 797; 2001, No. 12, Article 755; 2006, No. 8, Article 660):
1. in Item 1 after the word of "control" to add with words "(except for the state control of ensuring fertility of lands)".
2. in Item 3 of the word "State Land Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic and State Land Committee of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic" shall be replaced with words "The state committee of the Azerbaijan Republic on property questions and the State committee of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic on real estate and the land questions".
