1. Make the following changes to the "Provision on the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Azerbaijan Republic" approved by the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 18, 2001 No. 583 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2001, No. 9, Article 598; 2004, No. 2, Article 71, No. 12, Articles 994, 1005; 2005, No. 10, Article 910; 2008, No. 11, Article 970; 2009, No. 7, Article 521, No. 12, Article 983; 2011, No. 2, Article 85; 2015, No. 2, Article 130):
