About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the security market"
Being guided by Items 11 and 26 of part I of article 94 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, in connection with application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About modification of the Civil code of the Azerbaijan Republic" of June 24, 2016 the Majlis of the Azerbaijan Republic decides Millie's No. 301-VQD:
In the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About the security market" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2015, No. 7, Article 813; 2016, No. 3, Article 411, No. 11, Article 1756) to make the following changes:
1. At the end of Article 6.3.5 to replace point with semicolon and to add with Article 6.3.6 of the following content:
"6.3.6. sample of the certificate of investment securities (if investment securities are issued in documentary form).".
2. State Article 23.1 in the following edition:
"23.1. Investment securities, being paperless and documentary, are issued in personalized form. Paperless investment securities shall be kept in the central depositary.".
3. Exclude Article 91.1.
